ゲストにゆったりと寛いでいただける空間を提供するため、12歳以下のお子様のご利用と、３部屋以上または５名様以上のグループでのご宿泊をご遠慮いただいております。あらかじめご了承ください。
To provide a calm and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that children under 12 years old refrain from staying with us. We also do not accept group reservations of three or more rooms, or for parties of five or more people. We appreciate your kind understanding. -

ご予約を取り消される場合は、ご利用日を起算日として、
下記の通りキャンセル料を申し受けます。【電話予約・国内サイト経由のご予約】
- 5日前 宿泊料金の20%
- 前日 宿泊料金の50%
- 当日（事前連絡あり） 宿泊料金の80%
- 当日（ご連絡なし） 宿泊料金の100%
【海外サイト経由のご予約】
- 5日前 宿泊料金の100%
インターネット経由でご予約いただいた場合は、確認メール本文内「予約内容の確認・変更・取消」からキャンセルのお手続きをお願いいたします。
予約サイト・人数により、キャンセルポリシーが異なる場合がございます。
If you wish to cancel your reservation, a cancellation fee will be charged as follows, based on the number of days prior to your check-in date.
【For Reservations by Phone or via Domestic Booking Sites】
5 days before 20% of the room charge
1 day before 50% of the room charge
On the day (with prior notice) 80% of the room charge
On the day (without notice / no-show) 100% of the room charge
【For Reservations via Overseas Booking Sites】
5 days before 100% of the room charge
If you made your reservation online, please cancel through the “Check / Modify / Cancel Reservation” link provided in your confirmation email.
